Hacking Switch logo brick...

hello, i've a problem.
my friend give me your switch with "switch logo" brick...
switch is not patched and my friend use it with rcm loader without problems...
ofw and cfw stop on switch logo
hekake ok
i tried to remove battery power but nothing
i haven't nand backup
...what can i do? where begin from??
help me

lockpick works fine.

Did it update today? If no, which firmware version is it on?
Which custom firmware setup do you use?

Did you hear of this:
You MUST delete /modules from your SD card AND THEN install this or you may find that your switch won't boot past the Nintendo logo!
