Hardware Switch Lite thumb sticks reliability/durability so far?

Could be buying a pair of Switch Lite consoles next month. My daughter has a standard model, but my wife and I are both predominantly interested in handheld and smaller. But, with the controls integrated and not (as easily) replaceable, I'm concerned about how the Lite's controls will hold up. Anyone has a Lite care to report? Any left stick drift issues, etc? How's that d-pad??

the controls are fine for me, but i haven't extensively used it (not played smash for example)
joystick replacements are available, so if it does go bad i'm not too worried (as long as the replacements are good!)

Follow up: Almost 2 years in and almost daily online Mario Kart 8 abuse later, my Lite's main stick is holding up just fine. : )
