switch lite stopped booting into hekate

Hey yall, I went to go swap out the case for my son's switch lite, i was very meticulous to ensure everything was done correctly as I had done it before for him, however when installing one of the ribbon cables disconnected off the hwfly (i replugged it etc). After putting the switch back together, and turning it on, the chip blinks a dark blue light, and then switches to purple, and then the light turns off . The switch now only boots into the original firmware, (with the nintendo logo etc) and hekate is not booting anymore, i have tried swapping SDs, retracing my steps and it still is doing the same thing. Atleast it still boots period, but i was wondering if this would be solved with a reset through putty or if the chip is done for? Let me know I appreciate any feedback!
