ROM Hack RELEASE Switch Lan-Play Relay Server in C#

So this is a release from my IRL friend Lachlan (BizzyCola) who decided to rewrite the original lan-play server code in C# for better stability and ease of use not requiring NODE or Running in Docker.
It runs in .NET and so far from testing it's been super stable.

He released the source code - https://github.com/bizzycola/SLP-Sharp/ today.

cool maybe i could run a sw/sh randomizer server (tried to pitch the idea to cubus but no luck so far)
