Hacking Switch keeps crashing whenever I turn it on

I was using my switch one day until I selected Minecraft Dungeons when sud-denly, my switch turned off.
I turned it back on with TegraRCMgui 2.6 and it keeps getting this error code: 2168-0002 (0x4a8)

I have Kosmos installed on a Fat32 Micro SDcard (128 GB), My switch version is on the latest and has been that way for a few months before this, is there any fix?

Have you checked Micro sd for corruption?

Remove the 4200000000000010 folder from /atmosphere/contents/

Also, you should not be using Kosmos, since it was discontinued. Use Atmosphere, fusee-primary, and the latest signature patches instead.
