I am having a problem with my switch where all the graphics of the switch are just these lines. Although it works perfectly in docked mode. Sometime it does show the actual graphics but it only works for a few mins and you can still see faint lines. Please help!

Assuming nothing is actually wrong with the screen, you probably need to reseat your display ribbon. Graphical artifacts like that can happen when the ribbon is slightly offset.

the ribbon what connect your screen to the main board of switch:

Could be a teared ribbon, a unsetted connection or a fault receptacle.

Yep, this exactly. The fact that you (OP) said that it functions sometimes with faint lines really makes me believe that the cable may be unsettled. Problem is, this RARELY happens. We will see.

Have reseated it multiple times but it still shows me video corruption
Sorry, thats unfortunate. More likely physical damage to the screen itself. I don't know much about the compontents themselves on the switch but maybe it could be a problem with a chip that sends video to screen itself. Too many variables.
