in hekate in backup there are 4 options

boot0/1
raw gpp

then gpp system and gpp user

choose the system option

I'd mostly like a cheat engine, a save manager, FTP, a theme manager, an app that would allow me to install downloaded games, and I think that's about it save for like an n64 emulator or something

get a second sd card that's large enough for the files and do it again or remove any .bin.0x files in the backup folder and do it again

Yes when done you can keep them on pc, I recommend have multiple copies as well

Ye, you can use pc, if you want, you only need it connected to phone to send payload
