Can i now get into buying a Switch?
I heard there is some Huge (?) progress regarding Homebrew / CFW.
Is there a End User friendly progress or usable Exploits?
And is it required to have a V3 FW?

Hope you can help me out.

Regards.

If you want a hackable Switch, get one NOW.

But no, there is nothing end-user-friendly right now.

It was not. Only Games that are selling points for me is Zelda and maybe the new Mario Game, but since i own a Wii U i do not need to buy a Switch for just Mario. The rest is just boring for ME, Pokemon, and Mario kart are just relabeled with some small extras.

So below up to V5 is fine?

I also have a wii u so I held off getting a switch. But I just got one to make sure I have the the hackable version and it came with 4.1.0
I had to get mario oddysey though :)
I'm also considering getting MK8 just for the battle arenas.

Yea im on eBay now looking for some Switches, maybe i find one.

Watch out with ebay tho, loads of consoles are decked out with scratches on the screen.

But because of CFW i would say yes its worth it to invest into one. Before not so much to less content to high price really.

I have zelda on wii u and with the trainer makes it more fun for me so i doubt I'll ever get it on the switch unless jgecko switch becomes a thing.

Physical is almost piracy at its own. You can pretty much resell the game for 5 bucks off when you are done with it if it's zelda or mario.

I don't think I would call buying an used game piracy, the same as I wouldn't call buying an used car theft.
Sure the original company doesn't get a part of it, but the capability of enjoying the physical item is transferred from the original owner to the new owner, accompanied by a reciprocal transfer of money from the new owner to old owner.

I couldn't give a crap about piracy, and even less about the narrative of corporations trying to normalize screwing you and taking your money away in new and innovative ways, that said they should try harder to convince me of their opportunistic narratives.

PS: so selling/buying used games is a "crime" or "piracy"? come on, try harder, and please go bankrupt you vulture corporation!
