So 2 weeks ago I charged my switch that had been turned off for 2 days, I also paid for the online one. From then on every time I enter something that requires an internet connection, the error 2168-0001 pops up. I have tried everything, up to a factory reset and it still fails, does anyone have any idea what could happen? The console is not modified. Before that date.
Before that date it had never happened

Uff.
Switch to Fat32 asap.
exFAT is host to a plethora of errors beyond your wildest imagination...

Try and see im using the switch with that new f32 microsd fixes things.

Is your switch charging correctly, got wifi dropouts ?
Can your try a LAN Adapter and see if the problem persists ?

Furthermore:
Redownload your firmware files fresh,
Backup&delete thenold atmosphere folder and put the new fresh one there.

Is your microSD a brand one ? How old ?

But fat32 will only have 4GB of memory, and I have a 128GB sd card.
I'm using a tethering 4G/5G connection, the switch charges well without any problem

I can't try a LAN adapter, cause I don't have a router, I'm connecting through my mobile phone

There is no reason to be on exFAT. You should never need to put a file bigger than 4GB onto your SD card. If you're putting NSP files directly onto the SD card, you're doing it wrong.

I'm not using any type of modification on switch, but Im now formating it

Edit: I'm still getting the error, without the SDcard as well.

I'd suspect a chip then maybe. Wifi one perhaps.
Do programs like ftpd error out too ? (Non nintendo wifi reliant programs)

If you try using 90sDNS does the error persist ?

We are playing a guessing game here.
If this error persists, a specialist needs to inspect your mainboard.
It might just be a hardware defect.

When I'm downloading a game, it doesn't happen, when I enter a game without internet conection, the error doesn't show up. So probably is a hardware problem as you say

I will try to fully discharge the switch and then see if the problem persist
