Hardware Switch dock repair?

Okay so really weird.... I’ve had two official docks (also using official AC adapters) crap out on me over the last six months. I replaced the board (again official not one of the fake ones) and now this one has died on me! Has anyone taken the time to diagnose and off the issues with these? Now all that happens is the green light will go on for a second then right back off and it’s like the switch isn’t even connected no charging, nothing.

The switch is perfect, it’s the dock.
