Gaming Switch checkpoint and Edizone Cheat. The software is closed due to error??

Hey Guys I have some problem with my switch atm. I am running on 9.0.1 AMS 0.9.4
Everytime when I try to access the cheat function on the switch, It always indicates "The software is closed due to error". What is it causing this error. Can someone help me please!
