Hey guys, I've been wondering:
is it possible to make the Switch being able to use video capture feature (the thing that records 30 seconds) on every game? Because Smash Bros doesn't allow it, would be cool if we could unlock it :P
Thanks :)

possible I can upload a patch for you

it can be patched in exefs of each game. Making it work for every game is little harder (it would need mitm).

Hum, interesting, and why is that feature doabled on some games? Those troubles you are taking about? Maybe performance on game?

Nope, just devs decisions. Recording is enabled by default for quite some time (in older games devs needed to enable it manually in code) and they need to disable it on purpose.

I still have online access and have on CFW for over a year. I use overclocking for Fortnite and am working on some comparisons for clocked and overclocked but I don't have a capture card and Epic Games decided to take away video capture for stupid invalid reasons. But since not a lot of people have online access idk if it'd be possible for you to make a patch for a game that most people wouldn't be able to play because they're banned or just offline.

I can make a patch
If you can, that would be absolutely amazing. I just don't want you putting in work for something that not a lot of people could use since they probably wouldn't be online anyway. Unless it's pretty easy for you to make a patch, if so, that would be fantastic and greatly appreciated!

Take your time. I'm not in a rush. Just the fact it's possible at all is amazing. I'm sure the smash community wants that more than I do in Fortnite. Will it break with every new patch that releases for the game? Or is that just a possibility, even so, the game won't be receiving a new patch until the end of July

It's possible but would need a minor patch

Ah, ok, simple enough I suppose. I appreciate your time if you actually end up making a patch, and good work by the way! If you ever get around to it I suppose you'll just reply in this thread?

I will send you A dm when ready, I'm not sure if it's legal here

Hello, I'm also very interested in this, how can I get this working on my games/apps? and does this work with things like custom NSP forwarders that I've built? Thanks in advance
