Hacking Switch can't boot OFW or CFW

Hi, i have been used my Nintendo Switch from 2017 (first version, firmware 13.2.1) , last week my switch had discharged and can't boot to OFW only appears a black screen, but i can enter in rcm mode by a jig. In hekate I tried to reinstall de same firmware using emmchaccgen, hacdiskmount and memloader but I only get a black screen again. I made a backup in Nxnandmanager and recovered it but it got the same result. I tried to make a CFW using hekate and atmosphere (emummc) but appears a flashy screen of atmosphere then a black screen, when I opened hekate again appears a message :

PANIC OCURRED WHILE RUNNING ATMOSPHERE
TITLE ID: 524850534F53454D
ERROR: KRNL (0XF00)

REPORT SAVED TO /ATMOSPHERE/FATAL_ERROR/REPORT_0219FA89.bin

PRESS POWER TO CONTINUE

The same message appears anytime when I tried to boot CFW. Please don't tell me to check if autorcm is disabled because I have checked it.

Try moving your /atmosphere/contents folder to /atmosphere/contents.bak and see if that gets you booted.

edit: you can’t boot into OFW?!?! Gonna have to try to boot into recovery mode.

Hi, i have tried that but it doesn't work. I can't enter in recovery mode, it stays in a black screen.
Do you think maybe is a hardware issue?

Well that’s not good. Going to need a backup. Failing that you might need to try an unbric:

i had this error, turns out i hadnt updated atmosphere, but the reason you might not be able to boot into ofw is probably cuz autoboot/rcm is on, if you have it on it will not boot ofw

Its auto RCM in Hekate people make sure you turn it off
