Hardware Switch Battery Problem

Hello

I have a problem with my switch. The battery spins, although I have more than 50%, the message comes out that the battery is empty and turns off. but after that it opens normally and everything repeats itself.

Does anyone know anything there and can help me with this? Is really annoying .. On my switch the firmware is 9.1.0 and atmosphere 0.10.3.

thanks for the comment. yes, I've already tried that. I completely discharged the battery and had several days on the charger,
it didn't help.

What happens after charging? Does it allow you to use it down to the same % again then it dies? If so, how long does it last before dying again?

it usually happens below 60%. and sometimes I can use it until the battery is completely empty. but this problem happens much more now

I think Hekate has an option to reset/fix battery calibration.

I have tested the latest hekate, can not find an option for a desync or calibration. do you know how to do it?

Not sure honestly, I've heard it has that, but I couldn't find anything specific when I googled. Might be called something else.

Newest Hekate apply the de-sync fix at boot now. But it's not that. CTCaer recommends to empty the battery in HOS until you see the red battery icon and it turns itself off. Then boot Hekate and make sure it empties down to 3200mV, then turn off the console and charge it fully. Leave it on the charger a couple hours more after it reaches 100%. Rinse and repeat a few times, and it should fix itself. Read these pages related to the issue.
