Maybe i am using them wrong but i have tried two recommended Switch Backup managers and they don't recognisae all my files or rename them properly. Am i using them wrong? Am i expecting too much?

Follow the scene naming standard?
The two i have tried are Switch Backup Manager and Switch Library Manager. Both don't recognise a lot of my files. If i have to manually rename them to a scene standard then it defeats the point of me having the apps i guess. I don't have a lot maybe 30 files so i can rename them myself. Just thought an app to manage them was kind of cool.

I never used them so I don't know how they work. But I don't think they open the files but read the file names.

If checksums are used for identification, recognition of nsp files often fail because of the nature of nsp files. It should work well for xci files. Maybe that's the problem.
