Hi, I opened up my Switch 2 and it’s not working. I honestly don’t know how it’s happened but
I did email Nintendo last night, but so far have just got an automated message. Can anyone help?
All I wanted to do was play Zelda!

I would offer to buy it off you so I could have a play with it, but with the console currently out of stock that doesn't really help your situation. Your best bet might honestly be to send it back to Nintendo since they'll actually be able to get you a console, as unfortunate as it sounds.

When he send IT to Nintendo IT cost also alot of time
To Help the Community you can sell IT to scarlet

How did you get to that menu? I mean you said you tried to reset and then it ended up there? Interesting.

Hope you sold it to Scarlet or someone else known.

apparently if you press a button combo on a 19.X Switch 2, you can enter that menu. But take it with a grain of salt since I read it on Twitter.

But its just the QA mode. To test the hardware modules if they all work. It's no a debug mode as some sites have reported it as.

Reboot it and play your games!

It's the factory qc menu, there's been loads of this. It should disappear by choosing reboot.

I doubt much can be gained with it. It's just looking for signals on the board to say they're good or not and they all say good.
