Just starting to get into Gamecube now and have a question about audio streaming. Some background, I have a Xeno modded GC which works, but I have moved over the SD options. I just got my SD2SP2 which is also working as it should. I boot my GC with a burned Swiss disk and I can play all the ISO stored on the SD. The only issue that I am not entirely clear on is audio streaming. It is my understanding that Swiss supports it, but does this mean it supports it in a manner that the game won't crash if the audio was meant to be played, or that audio should actually work?

In my scenario, the games load and work, but there is no music (in-game sounds are good). Ex, Crazy Taxi, all game sounds are present, but no Offspring soundtrack, which IMO is the best part of Crazy Taxi :)

TIA

I'm using a sd2sp2 adater on a dol 101 with a maxell 32gb micro SD. Every Time I enable the streaming audio emulation, the games crashes. How can I solve this?

Yes, I'm using the latest version of Swiss.

Soul Calibur II audio streaming seems to work fine, but Bloody Roar Primal Fury crashes at the character select screen.

SoulCalibur II doesn't even use streaming audio.
Sorry I was testing various games on my console and ended up confusing ideas. I wanted to mention Virtua Striker 2002, which was the other audio streaming game I tried.

That game seems to work fine, but sometimes it just freezes on the loading screen at the beginning.

For some reason, Star Fox Adventures Crashes on the intro video when Streaming audio emulation is enabled, otherwise, the seems to work fine. I don't know if is it a problem with my micro SD card or what.

Ok guys, I finally solved the problem. I tested others micro SD cards an only one worked with my Maxell Micro SD adapter, so I desoldered it from the console and installed a Kingstone Micro SD adapter (as an sd2sp2 on my dol 101). Now, every game works with no problem when using the streaming audio emulation.

So, remember guys, never use Maxell stuff on your gamecube xD
