Its a inside joke.
Basically @MarcusD had his idle playing as on discord as "svcWaitCOFFEI" From their it grew into a joke and I posted this here
It's because I'm still waiting for the day when someone'll make me COFFEI when I ask, but I'm forever alone
Also, as a 3DS programmer and reverse engineerer, I see svcWaitSynchronization a few times, and that made me think of this
