rxTools 2.6 have no "DevMode" now. It already merged AGB ones. If what you want is running in sysNAND go get it. (Note: I've never used the DevMode.)

I'm not using 2.6, I'm using 2.4.
Is devmode for sigpatch'd sysNAND?

That's similar and it would show you choices about so. BTW, injecting it to emunand is safe so.. you could play with it first (to understand how to use). (I haven't used that )

Didn't know. What i remembered is there is DevMode on 2.5.x not 2.4.

edit : found why error, if no emunand, then inject fbi to sysnand dont show and lead to error, now with emunand, i was able to inject on sysnand, since the option can be selected

but on sysnand fbi seem not here ...

Can't inject FBI to emuNAND

Hi,

I have a problem with injecting/installing FBI to emuNAND via the rxtools menu, which in turn makes it impossible to install .cias in the first place, if I'm not mistaken.

I've searched already regarding this issue, but to no avail.

I've got the most recent rxlauncher.dat and the newly downloaded firmware.bin on my SD card, and also successfully let rxtools do its initial install.

I can successfully start rxtools 2.6 via the Spider exploit.

When I try injecting FBI to emuNAND I get the following error:

" Error: Couldn't find H&S TMD/content "

I don't have a clue what the problem is here or what exactly is missing.

I was able to successfully install FBI to sysNAND, and I'm able to launch it from sysNAND via the H&S app too when in rxmode.

I tried restoring the emuNAND H&S app via rxtools too, but I get the same error there.

When I try to open the H&S app now in RX3D emuNAND, I get the " An error has occurred " error.

I also tried updating emuNAND while in RX3D emuNAND mode via the settings, thinking it maybe might help, but I get an error there shortly after it starts the updating process, telling me to hold the power button and shut down the system.

I have no clue what I might be doing wrong, anyone have any idea?

Update your emunand before injecting FBI. You can use 3DSNUS + sysuodater to update your emunand if the usual way doesn't work.

Yeah, as I've said, updating emuNAND via system settings didn't work, so I don't have a choice there.

How am I supposed to use sysupdater on my emuNAND if I don't have a .cia manager installed in the first place?

How would I even get it to run?

how did you manage to install it on sysnand, seem not work for me

Weird issue happened to a friend. He wasn't able to launch latest RXTools, but suddenly, from nowhere and nothing else, it started working, and now him cvan install GBA .cias and play them.

Any clue?

yeah, then you should be good to go

Injecting it to SysNAND is supported. Still i suggest you to take most care when dealing with SysNAND.
BTW, FBI doesn't support 4.x FW very much. So if yours is 4.x, get your PBT-CFW for those.

It does if you use the appropiate fbi_inject files for your region/version (check the readme in "release/fbi_injection"). I have already tested this with my 4.x SysNAND.

You can downgrade the browser on any firmware at all, with pretty much any CIA manager. Either semi-directly with the latest FBI, or by deleting the browser first, then installing the old version (downloaded with 3dnus).

The question is... Why? There is nothing currently that uses the spider exploits that will possibly work inside of 9.8 emunand (which, I believe uses the 9.6 NATIVE FIRM)

Hi i want to install rxTools on a 4.2 sysnand i already have everything installed to run it via ninjhax but i found that there a way to boot it via Ds Profile Exploit and i tried installing rxinstaller.nds with my r4i sdhc dual core but when i boot ds profile it crashes and it reset my 3ds can anybody help me i installed gateway ds profile exploit before i installed rxintaller.nds does that make that happend?

EDIT: I got it working by play a ds game to uninstall rxinstaller.nds and GW_INSTALLER.nds and then reinstall rxinstaller.nds

I've been having some trouble with Rx.Tools 2.6:
Every time I start it trough Cubic Ninja or the web page it installs some stuff to the SD card. EVERY SINGLE TIME! And it takes too much time!
Is this normal for this version of RxTools? Is there any way to fix this?

Tried installing FBI to sys nand and emunand and getting Error: Invalid Content Data hash.
Region: U and app is v2051

Edit: Now can't launch the Health and Safety App.

You are probably using the wrong "firmware.bin" , generate a new one if you're using an old version from an older rxTools version.

i just updated to v2.6 and had 2 times now the system freeze while i was entering or leaving the web browser. never happened before.
