Homebrew Supernatural new 2ds xl

[Supernatural]

A few years ago I gave my original 2ds to my younger sister, and I homebrewed it for her 1 or 2 years ago.
My best friend's new 3ds xl couldn't play games anymore because the cartridge slot was broken so I homebrewed it for him recently.
Now I'm planning to buy a new 2ds xl and I recently saw a video on YouTube that someone had made an sds (shrek dsi), he had homebrewed it so that you could only watch/play shrek on it. I'm a huge fan of the tv show Supernatural and I was wondering if I could do this with supernatural but on the new 2ds xl, This is what I want to be able to do with it:
-Watching Supernatural/The Winchesters
-maybe dutch subtitles
-Watching Supernatural Bloopers
-Watch convention videos of supernatural
-access to the site: h t t p s : / / supernatural . fandom . com
-Everything has a "supernatural" theme
-Listen to music that was on supernatural
-Im not a really big gamer, even though I like the ds consoles, so I would like to have a few games: for example something from mario maybe 1 or 2
-Ability to play the one physical game cartridge I still have.

I'm sure that's very amusing, but you would be much better off watching videos on a five-year-old smartphone than you would on a 2DS.
