yea, since i have an M3L for my ds. i'll get a supercard for my girlfriends pinky... depending on price i may also get a m3 for my niece...but do these slot1's work with slot2's, or would i have to boot it (slot2) with the passcard if i wanted to play whats on it, or could i somehow get to the slot2 menu thru the slot1?

there is already a slot 1 solution out, the ds-x. I know how you guys love to hate too. Im just anxious to see if these will perform so much better than the ds-x. I've had mine for a minute now and I like it, but if these are substantially better, I'd buy one though.

well, i dont have anything against the DS-X or any of the other current slot one solutions, but i wasnt extatic about it when i read the review. and i currently couldnt be more pleased with my M3L. so i'm kinda leaning towards the M3 Group. but i also wanna give the Supercard a try as well. so this will be my shot at the Supercard group.

Nought wrong with the DS-X, but it's cheaper (and some would say better) to buy a Slot 1 card that takes MSD cards. Especially if you intend to use the DS as a media powerhouse.

Dude the DSX sucks. These products coming out now will hopefully prove that fact. DSX people ripped the consumers off. 130$=512MB...not gonna happen. I think other companies saw what was possible and knew they could do it much better for much cheaper, DSX was the first out the gate, so they got sucker advantage, but they didn't trick any smart people.

yeah, there are several slot-1 cards out already, but so far none have been the "perfect" removable media-based solution everyone is looking for. M3DS and SCDS have more of a chance of filling that particular gap in the market, considering they're from companies with a history of good slot-2 products and they've been in development for a while.

who cares, they're so cheap buy one of each. better yet, buy some r4's and whatever else they're offering now. I know personally I'll be picking some of these up to test. If they work as well as they say they do, finally it's time to put the stock slot 2 dust cover back on.
