It depends on many parameters and in particular on the console and the games. Personally, I use a DS Lite and to have an almost correct emulation which combines quality and quantity, GBAR2, GBAR3 and TempGBA are all three necessary for obtain this result regarding this DS model.

Nope. These are re-labelled Ace3DS+ carts but with the SuperCard branding. No DSTWO hardware is inside.
