Hacking Supercard ds2 question

hey guys, when i try to run pokemon emerald on the gba emulator, it doesnt work. also, the moonshell plug in doesnt work either. can u guys please help me?

What exactly does it do? Does Moonshell 2 give an error message, or does it just not start (like a black screen or something)?

sometimes it gives me an error message, but then other times it gives me a black screen.
