Lagman please could you explain where I broke forum rules as you have modified my post and I havent recieved any sort of warning I would assume there is an infringement or do the mods feel the need to censor posts.. there was no flaming or swearing!!

Before you guys act as if SuperCard team are gods, does the ONE have these:

- Full Download Play Support
- Full intergration with EZ Flash 3 in 1
- 100% Game compatability

Yeah, didn't think so.

actually it does, and has had for a while now

no-need for silly arm7 fixes either, the problem never arose on scds-1

- Full Download Play Support
- Full intergration with EZ Flash 3 in 1
- 100% Game compatability
Pre-warning: I don't have an SCDS myself so the following are based on what I've heard.
1. A firmware update added a patch option to fix download play for nearly all (if not all) games.
2. Perhaps not built-in integration with the 3in1, no, but Rudolph's loader does support the device so you don't have to manually patch each game for RAM or rumble like you used to have to.
3. The SCDS is more selective about the microSD cards that will work, I will admit. With a fast enough Japanese-made card however, it runs all games.

Props to the SC team for coming out of the blue with an awesome update update rather than hyping it up for months without delivery.

I'm not claiming they're gods, of course not, but the device isn't nearly as bad as you make it out to be.

When did I ever say that the One was bad? Also, the beta testers of the TC already have been using Real Time saving for over a month now, so ha.

Interesting development! Good to see these kind of things being perused, although like cheat support it's not something I'd use even if available so my R4 is absolutely perfect for now.

Wow.. This is just awesome for the DSONE!

However, it doesn't just make it "Teh Best Cart Ever"... It just improved it, by a lot.

Hopefully other Flashcarts will begin to do this... (Hopefully R4 especially.. G6/M3Real, EZFlash V.)

Kudos to the SCDS1 for RTS.

One complaint I might make is, 5MB?

That's quite a lot of space if you ask me.

Where'd you hear that? I know I heard from TC that the real time guide feature wasn't that far off, but real time save?!
I can't say anymore then what I have said...

I thought that it was the realtime save/load that was in the works all this time. It is on the ingame menu, after all....Just grayed out (for obvious reasons)

I edited the part where you called one of the users a fanboy because I felt it was unnecessary, the rest of your post seemed fine to me, that's why I didn't trash it.

QUOTEDo not "flame" others. Blatantly offensive posts directed at others will not be tolerated. While we do allow members to debate and voice their own opinions, their will be a limit to how far a heated debate can go before it is closed by staff.

I didn't give you any kind of warning because I thought you would notice what part of your post was edited. My bad.

Even though I've got an Evo on the way, all I can say to teamcyclops is: Smell the sweet stench of pwnage n00bs!

Even better, I think that I've now decided that my backup slot-1(maybe primary, hell if the Evo hw is flakey...) will be a supercard DS one SDHC... still waffling on my slot-2 backup(3in1 current) either EZFIV, ewin, or another 3in1.

Anyways, that feature list is exactly what the Evo was supposed to do along with a bunch of features that teamcyclops dumped into their maybe category, e.g. ingame guide(not that, that interests me much), etc.

It doesn't matter if TC have been testing it for a month already. SCOne got it out first, and that's all that matters right now (being the only card to have it functioning and public). For all we know, they could also have been testing it for months.

wow, the supercard team came from an extremely poor slot-1 launch launch to the new feature kings!

even though i don't own one and never will, i tip my hat to their dedication.

This is very true. However, it seems that the real time save seems very rushed (still 100% functional though). 5M saves? Comon...

The save states will not be significantly smaller on any other cart. The DS has nearly 5MB of RAM total, and all of it needs to be backed up for the saved state to work.

The only way they could make the saves smaller would be to compress them, and that would make the process much slower.

The size is not too harsh at the moment anyway. Pretty much the same as the GBA save states on my M3 Lite, where save state would make the GBA save a bit more than a megabyte IIRC.

the irritating part is that ppl have to wait for a long time to have their saves well... saved. Like someone mentioned 40 secs on the first go. Atleast it should be easy and less time consuming like iDeaS which takes around 10secs maximum

You are comparing the speed of a computer to a DS. As stated before, the reason for the longer initial saving time is because the card must create the save file for RTS

25 Second save

Load 5 Second

Tested with 1GB Japanese Kingston . Game, Clubhouse Games

Preety damn quick
