Sorry for long wait x.x Busy work days.
FInally unlocked all 5 shops in WOL the natural way after 6+ hours.

Note in case info was needed and idk if it affects anything: I played with all DLCs installed.
--All 5 Shops from WoL (The shops that sell 4 items at a time)
--1 Gym
--2 Explorers
--10 Dojos


Sidenote: In another save thats 11.0.0, I tried hex editing to give my save all cores in max amounts, and it indeed added them BUT it also random unlocked some Spirits in the Gallery.
Sadly, unlike the WOL shops, unlocking all the cores naturally will take a looooong time. (The All Unlocked save in page 1 shows theres over 100+ @_@; )

After amiibo save hasnt changed. Still only shows the AC shop.

Can someone please point me to a save editor for Super Smash Bros Ultimate please? I have found quite a few and they are all outdated, 2019 and older. From my understanding, the save file formats change with newer updates so I was looking for something compatible with v13.0.1
