Hacking super smash bros melee save

i just put in my memory card and seen that my save doesn't work on my burned copy of smash bros melee is there a way to make it work because my save has my game completed or do i have to download a new save.

got the save but there is two inside the zip which do i use super_smash_bros_melee_d.gci or super_smash_bros_melee.gcs.another thing i can't find the gamecube save manager maybe if i use this i'm able to make my own save work if possible.

i don't really know if i can trust this i might as well wait till i here original game save work with wii gators loader.which i think they do for other games.gamecube save manager looks like it was made 2 years ago or something like that.

sorry that i'm still on this subject but i seen something i need answered.

do i have a choice if this deletes my Slot B or can i use this without the slot B memory card inside my wii.also i don't have a third party memory card to make this work.is there a way to use my nintendo memory card or another way to transfer gamecube saves.hopefully the other way is not sd geckco because i don't have one of those.
