Huge difference between NA/EU and jap releases. There's not a big piracy scene for the 3ds in japan which is why most jap releases take forever to even get dumped.
I expect this to leak on the day of release which would be tomorrow for people in the US

I just know if I were a so called scene person I would be on top of my shit. Would of first dumped it, started the upload and tested it for gateway just to let everyone know to calm down.
