there was alot of hype for NSMBW and that took a couple of days so i dont get my hopes up.

The AP stuff for NSMBW was solved in less than a few days, it was just a couple days before an easy fix was implemented in the majority of loaders. My guess is it will be the same for SMG2, after 2-8 hours there will be a way to get around it with a gecko, then another couple hours there will be an iso patch and ocarina code, then a day or so and the loaders will hot patch it.

well I thought it over today.

reason why nintendo got so pissy with the aussie is because he pirated it before street date.

so they lost a lot of sales because of that.

i'm guessing that if he would have released it on the day or the day after, they wouldn't have bothered going after him.

strange how things work. i have a feeling i know which group will release this game... and that guy is sloppy himself as well. i'm sure most of you have heard of the group too.
