We have similar tastes.. Those are the exact ones I play and ones I stay away fromThat's why I want Amiibo Party to work so badly. It's the closest thing to the classic Mario Party games, where every character is controlled individually and you actually buy stars, not collect ministars which you will end up losing within a few rounds due to the damn minus ztars (or whatever they're called)
The newer Mario Party games aren't terrible, but they get boring after playing every stage once, because the stages are always exactly the same (there's only one path to follow, the stars and bosses are always in the same location, and it's too predictable)
I liked how unpredictable the older Mario Party games were since a well-timed item could change the entire game in your favor, and you never knew where the next star would end up so it was chaotic trying to beat other people to the star. Plus the ?-mark spaces which could be either good or bad. It might be partially nostalgia talking, but I still play Mario Party 5-7 sometimes, and even play 8 and DS occasionally, but I never play 9 or Island Tour. 10 I've only played once, so I'll probably play that a few more times before it gets boring.
I could rant about the new Mario Party style for hours, but I'll save that for another thread.
Pretty sure that means it worked. If it failed, it'd give an error.Lel, didnt expect that but thx dude, ima try it

Glad you got it working man.Ha, looks like it was the WUDs fault, i took an older version which i downloaded then i downloaded the meta folder of sm3dw (the one i had didnt have the folder) and insterted it to the folder and boom it works now
Sometimes you have to try multiple releases before it works. I try to go with scene WUD releases if I could get them, because they usually work most of the time.Ha, looks like it was the WUDs fault, i took an older version which i downloaded then i downloaded the meta folder of sm3dw (the one i had didnt have the folder) and insterted it to the folder and boom it works now
If you're using a Mac to do the transfers onto your SD card then the game won't work without a bit of intervention.
Get yourself a copy of HiM from here and after you've copied the files over, start up HiM, drag the SD Card from the Finder into the HiM App Window. That'll clean out off of the little pita hidden files OS X puts on the card preventing the game from working.
I tore my hair out for hours with Mario 3D World before I did this, then it worked first time and every time since.
