Aye, great game, although the original coin-op version was better. Hmm, a plausible solution other than waiting for a decent snes emulator, would be to petition Konami, as they're no strangers to game re-releases.

One of the best games ever. Got hooked on it at the arcade on holiday once and wasted about $100 on it (It took me about 6 months of hard labor to save that up!). Played it on SNES when I got home and went back to the arcade the next year and clocked it! Happiest gaming day of my life probably.

Get MAME and download the rom. I still play it now and then. Have an arcade stick and all so it has a pretty authentic feel to it.

I loved that game, used to play it with my bro back in the day on a NTSC snes that my cousin brought over.

I always used to think the guy said "Merry me with my money" . Which confused me

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite
    for people with beefy hands.
