Have you tried downloading the source code and compiling it with visual studio? IIRC that's what I had to do.

What sprite? Like the ones in the skyboxes? Are they in .bclim format? Because Ohana doesn't read those.

Ah, maybe it uses a compression type that Ohana can't handle. I'd try to find a way to either extract the .bin, or find another program that may be able to read it.

Or maybe see if you can find someone else who has had success editing the sprites and ask how they did it. Sorry I couldn't be more help and goodluck!!

Where are they stored? I've never had any problems with Ohana so I can at least try to open it in my environment and see if I get the same results. At the very least it's a step closer to knowing if it's the file, Ohana or your PC environment.

EDIT: Well, you told me the garc, but which specific file... Sorry

Okay I feel like an idiot now. You're talking about the pokemon models in a/0/9/4? What sprites? These can be opened just fine. It's definitely your computer then.

Yeah it's your computer. The tutorial I linked it specifically for opening/editing those files Lol. All I can say is try to use a registry cleaner, scan for viruses, restart your PC, make sure you have NET Framework 4.5 installed and at least DirectX10. Also, make sure you're not missing any of the required .dll files. Other than that, try another PC or compile it yourself from source.
