Hacking Suggest me an R4

I just got a DSi XL 1.4u

Looking for a card that:
- Has SDHC
- Wood compatible
- RTS (maybe, if it works like gba rts on the supercard)

I read the top pinned thread but I don't need 3DS compatibility.
