Then all I can say is Refresh, as it says to do.

After a hard reset but that gets annoying to do every time

I go from desktop mode because Rockstar launcher is dumb and it won't connect in gaming mode

Do you know what DRM is it suppose to fall under?

What were you doing when that happened (like does it occur when you open a certain menu, or do a specific thing, or just how do you replicate it), do you have decky-loader installed, and if you do, what plugins do you have?
Did you update recently? Are you on the stable branch? or are you on preview?

Don't get a gamestop refurbish, since you don't know what exactly you are getting, you are better off getting it off ebay or buy a new one.
