Such Emulators can be found?

Hi All.
I wanted to check if anyone knows where I can get an N64 emulator that would work with an ordinary PC controller I'd plug in via USB. Has anyone seen such an emulator?
Oh, and I want the same, but for Dreamcast. Preferably one that doesn't require me to burn games on a Disc.

Project64(Default controller is keyboard you need plugins for the controller)
Are you sure you have enough buttons on that controller an n64 has like 16 buttons

nullDC(Again its keyboard but you need plugins for controller input.)
Use Linuz ISO Loader instead of the default disc thing or just mount using an image mounting software

If you can't get round it, I recommend XPadder.
I use it for Minecraft

Forgot to mention all the plugins needed are packaged with the emus.

Project64 should automatically work with a gamepad.
All I did was plug mine in, and change the controls to my desired gamepad layout (when you go to change a key, it asks you to input what you want it to be...pressing the gamepad button should work).
