I bought a comic book off Border's com for about $3 plus shipping ($4) All I have left in my gift card is $2. then 3 WEEKS LATER... There's a huge holiday sale on 30% OFF!!! I wanted to buy a $7-$9 comic book and now I can't! And my Samurai Deeper Kyo comic book is still on BACKORDER! IT'S BEEN WEEKS NOW PLEASE HURRY THE FUCK UP AND SHIP IT BORDER'S!

I'm just fed up with them. I got the gift card during my Birthday or Christmas a few years back. That's the only reason I'm even buying stuff on their site.

There's a Borders store about five minutes from my house. They're closing down so they're really taking this sale seriously. You can even buy the shelves. Seriously. They're selling all the books, etc at about 80% off, and then they're selling the shelves those books once stood on. It's a shame, I thought Borders was a great store.

My sister works at Borders and they're filing a Chapter 11 IIRC. I'm pretty sure Borders won't be around much longer, my sister is already looking for a new job.
