Hacking Stuck on Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax

Hi I've been following the guide here https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax and I'm at the step where i use this link in the browser http://2xrsa.3ds.guide. I am downgraded to 2.1.0-4U. but I am just stuck on the screen shown in the image. :/

Did you try clearing savedata on the browser?

Ensure you have all the proper files, try loading a different page like google and clear your browser, reboot and try again. The exploit can get finicky at times

update: I fixed the issue im restoring my nand backup right now. i'll keep updating if i continue to have issues
