Hi... I'm having similar problem. My 3ds is still on 4.5 because I never updated from that, and now I want to upgrade to 9.2. I also have a gateway card.
I was trying to do Rxtools using the guide previously mentioned: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-installing-rxtools-custom-firmware-3ds-and-2ds.390867/
But as soon as I try following the step that says to visit is.gd/loade9 in the browser, my 3ds screen turns black, and then its just stuck there. Nothing happens, no menu comes up. How do I proceed? Is there an easier way than having to follow that rx tools guide which looks like it involves a whole lot of setting up emunand from scratch all over again, while I already have an emunand?
