Hacking Stuck in Lakka

Im new to this whole scene everything has been going pretty well so far but I think I must have set Hekate to autoboot to Lakka and now I cant get into Hekate or Atmosphere. the only way I can think to fix this is deleting everything and starting over. Is there something faster?

When the hekate logo shows on boot you can press - volume to get into the hekate menu. I'd imagine that there are some profiles you can boot from there. I would recommend researching hekate and how to setup its configuration from its github.
