I've tried analogblock and joysens to try and solve this issue. I have a PSP that registers inputs from the stick (or possibly the dpad but I doubt it) when there's nothing being pressed. I'll try to navigate the XMB and it just flicks around like i'm wildly moving the analog stick. I took it apart and replaced the stick hardware with one from another psp, and the problem is still happening. Are there any contacts that could've gotten dirty that I could just clean? I can't figure out why this is happening.
