Hello!
So I followed this guide to successfully get to unlinked emuNAND and sysNAND, formatting my sysNAND. I also use Pokemon Bank, so I tried to update my emuNAND to 10.3. Everything worked fine, I didn't exactly check the last double digits after 10.3 for emuNAND. eShop worked perfect, already had FBI installed, etc. Then I went ahead and started updating Pokemon Bank, but then it failed during the eShop download. I get an error code 007-200 and I get kicked out to home menu on emNAND. FBI is gone, as well as all 5 of my eshop downloads. I check my system settings to find RX-E 10.3.0-28U for my emuNAND, and also find that all those disappeared files and cias are still there under system settings, data management, nintendo 3ds, software. But they are no where to be found on my emuNAND home menu, nor (obviously) on the sysNAND. sysNAND is still 9.2 firmware.
Could someone help me understand what I've done and whether I can go about fixing this?
