Struggles loading mario and sonic rio 2016 onto wii u

(im brand new to gbatemp sorry if this is bad)

I have been trying to load mario and sonic rio 2016 onto my wii u, I have a .wud, .wux, and a .rpx file of the game. I've tried following tutorials to load the game on wup installer (both gx2 and y1.3) and to try and convert the game to a different file format, but no luck.

Hopefully one of you guys can help me since i'm not really willing to put even more hours into this

use usbhelper to download the game in wupformat then install with wupinstaller
