is its possible to make a separate section for questions regarding use of some programms ?

this section here is named WiiU Hacking & Homebrew section but at least 80% are question i want ... and its not working, i need help

and the real WiiU Hacking & Homebrew discussion gets down as fast in the posts list because of some usage questions by beginners that dont want to search and read
