Hardware Streetpass Problem? (Etrian Odyssey/Latest Gateway )

Hi All,

I think I'm experiencing a weird problem with Etrian Odyssey 4.
When I want to activate Streetpass it says the following:
In order to enable StreetPass you must agree to the most recently updated User Agreement.
Select Internet Settings -> Other Information -> User Agreement and agree to the newest User Agreement.

Now I already checked there and all I can see is a contract but nowhere I can agree to it.
At first I thought this has something todo with the parental control. But even after deactivating it, its still the same...

I'm a bit scared because I'm using Emunand and dont want to get BSOD because calling the settintgs all the time to try this.

Anybody can help me? ;_;
Because zelda, mario kart 7 etc. all works fine with streetpass.
Maybe this game has a problem with gateway?
