Hacking Streaming to TV?

So is there any way to stream my 3DS to my TV? I have an Xbox one and remember seeing something about streaming it to that, but it involved using NTR CFW, and I’m not sure what that is. I have Luma installed through B9S, so is there anything I can do?

For PSP i use remotejoylite which works with usb on a PC, and I use a laptop thats hooked up to the TV via HDMI. So I get the picture through TV through PC. Really no reason you can't do the same with this.
