Hardware Streaming GBA

I have been getting back into playing GBA games and was wondering if the Retron 5 would be a good choice for streaming physical GBA titles? I also know that the GBA consolizer is another option, but I am on a budget.

Game Boy Player is another option to use official hardware, tho you may need some kind of video adapter, and the legit discs for the Player don't come cheap - hacking the GameCube to play a backup might be cheaper.

Does physical titles include flash carts? Mainly because some of those can be tricky to use with the hardware emulator things; they tend to dump the ROM and play it on an emulator, which works fine for 99% of commercial ROMs but flash carts don't work that way. The GB player and maybe some of the newer devices are/do replicate the GBA hardware though rather than just being dumpers attached to an emulator so are just fine.
Personally I have never seen a retron device I would part with my hard earned for -- they do something but nowhere near enough to warrant it, and also are not so useful for things I would want.

If you are feeling flush (or were there at the time) to assemble a good games of the GBA collection, or want to play what you can get for a pittance then carry on.

I use Game Boy Interface, which is a free, homebrew Game Boy Player software that works much better than the official disk. Either one can be booted easily these days via a memory card hack. You just need one of a few specific games (I use Melee) and access to a modded Wii with GameCube support to install the hacked save file.

Gameboy Player on a Gamecube with a cheap flashcart and EZcap would be the cheapest way to stream GBA other than using emu.
