Stream Movies Straight To Your...DS?

The screen size is not something I would use to watch movies.

Yeah that's true, but I know some friends who watch movies on an ipod, so I guess the screen size is not a problem to some people

I could not even imagine the ds having movies... mabye the new ds 2 thats coming out, but the ds is ridiculous!

screen size is only important the farther the screen gets away from your face

resolution is the real problem heh

if the screens are quite large (like the DSi XL) for the DS2 then it wouldnt be a bad deal

has to be for ds2 because ds has 15kbps wifi and most movies (in dpg format) are a few hundred MB. that would mean it would take around 4 hours to download your hour and a half movie, assuming you don't lose connection half way through

playing back movies on DS resolution doesn't take a lot of power

what is the Mhz formula for mpeg style compression again ?
something like root of (horizontal res * vertical res)
