Hardware Strange magenta and blue pixels in corners of top screen

Hello,
i just bought used new 3ds xl and there is some strange problem with top screen. As You can see on photos - there are magenta and blue pixels in menu . But there are not always in the same place.

With game played on R4i all works fine.

In homebrew colors works great also.

Nintendo released a statement that these discoloured pixels are normal and should not be considered a defect. So as far as Nintendo are concerned it's normal dead pixels.

You could always try changing the display itself or reattach the ribbon cables see if that improves it.
