A couple of weeks ago, my 3ds screen got partially broken because i dropped it a couple of weeks ago, not sure how that damaged the screen but it did, and first it started out as being 3 or 4 pixels, but then it started to spread all across the screen and now 1/3 of the screen is unusable, and i shrugged it off and thought about buying a new replacement when the pandemic is over, but when I was playing Pokemon Omega Ruby in the car, the sunlight made me able to see the pixels that would normally be dead, and i could see the screen perfectly fine in the sunlight. does this mean that it would be possible to repair it? I have a couple of photos that i took, I'll attach them when my main internet connection comes back.

Nope it's probably not just possible to fix this screen but I know that dead pixels like that could recover on DS lite screens so maybe they will start recovering some day

I just got home and borrowed my cousin's phone to take a pic of this, this doesn't happen to my ds lite, so I don't think that's the same thing. Sorry for the lack of photo quality. The Minun's ear is just barely visible with the light in the photo, it's more definitive in real life.
