I tried gifting Jolan a game on steam, but he said he didn't get it. What's the problem? I gifted people games before without any problems.

His email address might have trouble receiving the gift. Try resending - as long as the gift has not been claimed yet, you should be able to send another link.

It won't let me resend anymore.

Online multiplayer works a lot better with legit copies.

If the gift cannot be re-sent, it has already been claimed. Guess he was just faster than you in finding out where the mail went.

Probably. But he has it now, so no problems.
