steam deck ssd

Does anyone know what brand/model ssd Valve put in the steam deck? I want to upgrade from 64G to 1T, and want to try to use the same brand and/or model valve uses.

Also, do you really need a heatsink with a 1T ssd? I've heard some owners having issues with closing back up the deck after the mod and addition of the copper heatsink prevalent on amazon...

I think they might use SSDs from a couple different sources, but my 256GB model came with a Kingston drive, model "0M3PDP32568 -- A01." Replaced it with a used 1TB Western Digital laptop drive from eBay, used only what heat shielding was already inside the Steam Deck, and haven't had any issues these last couple years.
